Vibe Draw ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our platform and services ("Service"). By using Vibe Draw, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Information We Collect

a. Account Information

When you sign up using Google, GitHub, or X, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture (if available). We store your user ID and authentication metadata.

b. Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage data such as:

  • Number of generations and improvements used
  • Features interacted with
  • Timestamps of activity
  • Device type, browser, and operating system

c. Payment Information

We do not collect or store full payment details. All transactions are handled through Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, subscription status, and your Stripe customer ID.

d. Generated Content

We temporarily store your sketches, images, and generated 3D models to support your use of the platform. You retain full ownership of all generated content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Operate and maintain the platform
  • Provide access to your account and purchases
  • Track usage for metered billing (e.g., number of generations used)
  • Improve our features and understand usage patterns
  • Send relevant updates, product changes, and offers
  • Detect fraud, abuse, or terms violations

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your data with third-party services necessary for operation:

a. Authentication Providers

- Google, GitHub, and X (for login only)

b. Payment Processor

- Stripe (for handling subscriptions, one-time payments, and billing)

c. Analytics

- Cloudflare Analytics (for privacy-respecting usage analytics)

d. Database and Infrastructure

- Supabase (user account storage, generation usage data)
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (backend services and storage)

e. External AI Services

We may transmit your sketches or improved images to external third-party AI providers solely for the purpose of generating results. These services do not receive personally identifiable information unless necessary for processing.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store your data on secure, access-controlled servers. We take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

a. Data Retention

We retain user data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at vibedrawhelp@gmail.com.

b. Account Deletion

You can request full deletion of your account and associated content. Some billing records may be retained for legal compliance.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Object to certain types of processing
  • Request portability of your data

6. Children's Privacy

Vibe Draw is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
